We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to deliver safe and effective services.

  • Enrolment and registration forms

  • School or agency referrals

  • NDIS service agreements

Where practical, we collect information directly from the participant or their parent/guardian.

  • Deliver outdoor programs and mentoring services

  • Ensure participant safety and wellbeing

  • Communicate with families, schools and support coordinators

  • Meet NDIS documentation and reporting requirements

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

  • Improve our services

We will not use personal information for marketing without consent.

 

4. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Parents/guardians

  • Schools or referring agencies

  • NDIS support coordinators or plan managers

  • Medical professionals in emergency situations

  • Government authorities where required by law

We do not sell or trade personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Information may be stored securely in:

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you or your child.
